• CrossFit: The foundation of our gym, CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement training scalable to any ability level and unmatched in its ability to make you the best all around athlete you can be.
  • C-Sport: Our exclusive functional conditioning program that has been a staple ever since we opened back in 2004.  Similar to CrossFit, but without the Olympic lifts, advanced gymnastics, or formal competition… Think squats, lunges, pullups, pushups, kettlebells, med balls, rowing, running, calisthenics, etc…
  • Private Training: We started with this back in 2004 so naturally this is one of our specialties.  If you’d prefer to get fit with a program designed just for you and the undivided attention of your very own coach, this is the way to go.
  • Teen Classes: Designed for kids ages 12-15, this program is perfect for getting your middle-schooler ready for the demands of high school athletics, and introducing them to the sport of CrossFit.
  • Open Gym: Although working with coaches in class is the best way to progress, we want you to workout even if you can’t make a class time! So anytime we don’t have a class running, members are welcome to come in and train on their own, work on mobility, hang out, whatever. This is your fitness home, enjoy it!
